Offered in sizes up to 4" dia x 35' length, or 6" dia x 15' length. Constructed from case hardened alloys for long life operation, our custom ball screws can be designed with a choice of return systems, with virtually any lead and either full radius or Gothic arch thread forms. All external return assemblies feature seamless return tubes, and all internal flopover designs are mechanically shelved and assembled from the inside of the ball nut as a safety feature. All ball screws have nylon, brush, or felt wiper seals to protect the bearings from contamination. High precision and high performance are guaranteed - our rigorous quality management system meets ISO 9001 as well as AS9100 standards, and our lab houses the most accurate test and inspection equipment available today.
