Thread-Craft manufactures and repairs tool spindles for CNC milling machines as well as grinding, turning, tapping and drilling equipment. We manufacture or rebuild from your prints or reverse engineer with equal skill. From simple belt-driven machine tool spindles, to more complex machine tool spindles including direct motorized, high frequency, robot arm and HSS our expertise is second to none.
Thread-Craft machine tool spindles are manufactured from a variety of alloy and stainless steels. Our spindles are hardened as required from Rc 28 to 62. We precision grind all bearing diameters, locknut threads, internal and external tapers, and diameters as required.

Thread-Craft excels in large machine tool spindles up to 16" in diameter and 96" long. Our new and rebuilt spindles come with one year in-service warranty on all parts and labor. Our spindles are manufactured and assembled in a completely climate controlled, state-of-the art 27,000 square foot plant, staffed by some of the industry’s most capable and knowledgeable machinists and engineers. Machine tool spindles are balanced to meet your specifications, and are carefully crated for shipping anywhere in North America.
